Reality check

Let me explain about you a reality which I think is right of every customer to know -
1. The products which are being sold here are not the one you think because all of them are faulty which are again and again reworked just to make them genuine but they are not .
2. All the available item especially the ones who are in excellent and very excellent grade are the same products which are in good grade whose body is changed ONLY BODY (no internal changes) and you have to pay 20-30% extra for that .
3. Location of the head office is perfect because there is a big mobile market all around so whenever an order came go to market buy a faulty product at 50% of selling price from market and pack it and send to you and if in case you raise an issue against it then they will refund you only 85% money for no reason which means no loss to company .
These are just the things which I think you should have to be aware of ,rest is your choice
